BA LE SOCIAL MEDIA
As the social media manager for Ba Le Sandwiches, a popular bánh mì shop in Chicago, I led the launch and rebranding of their digital presence. I traveled on-site to capture original content, including product photography, lifestyle shots, and behind-the-scenes video footage of the establishment. All visual content was carefully edited and curated to reflect the brand’s authentic, vibrant personality and appeal to a growing local audience.
This launch project focused on building a strong social media foundation by developing a content strategy, scheduling posts, and establishing a consistent brand voice across platforms. In addition to managing their social media accounts, I also reworked their website to align with their evolving needs—enhancing usability, updating visuals, and refining messaging to better represent the Ba Le brand online.
